KATAKLYSM To Headline Denmark's AALBORG METAL FESTIVAL

Canadian death metallers KATAKLYSM have been confirmed as the headliners of the Aalborg Metal Festival on October 7 in Aalborg, Denmark. This will mark KATAKLYSM's first show in Denmark since 1995. KATAKLYSM have also confirmed two more headlining shows in the Quebec region of Canada.

Oct. 07 - Aalborg, DEN @ Aalborg Metal Festival
Nov. 03 - Rouyn-Noranda, QC @ Le Petit Theater
Nov. 04 - Trois Rivieres, QC (Trois Rivieres Metalfest) @ Le Maquisart
Dec. 09 - Montreal, QC @ Club Soda

As previously reported, KATAKLYSM will team up with NEAERA (Germany),FEAR MY THOUGHTS (Germany) and QUO VADIS (Canada) for the "Road to Devastation" European tour, which is scheduled to kick off in January 2007.

KATAKLYSM, who recently completed the Metal Crusaders tour of North America, filmed their performance last month at the Party.San Open Air festival in Bad Berka, Germany for their first-ever DVD, titled "Live in Germany", which will feature the whole show filled with an explosive setlist, a 30-minute documentary covering the band's 15-year history and a bonus live CD. A January 2007 release via Nuclear Blast is expected.
